This page explains what “cookies” and similar browser storage this website (pulsesg.shop) uses, why, and how to control it. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
In short: the site works without any optional cookies. Google Analytics and Trustpilot’s script are loaded only if you press “Accept all” on the cookie banner. If you decline, or don’t answer, neither is loaded.

1. Essential (always on)
The site can’t work properly without these, so they don’t need your consent. They stay on your device and are not used for advertising or tracking.

When you pay, you are sent to Stripe’s secure payment page (stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment and prevent fraud; see Stripe’s privacy policy. Our staff also use sign-in cookies on the admin area, which customers never receive.
2. Optional: analytics and reviews (only if you accept)
These load only after you press “Accept all”. Until then nothing is requested from Google or Trustpilot.

Google Analytics receives your IP address and browsing activity on this site and may transfer data outside Singapore. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Embedded videos
Some product pages show an official 3M Littmann video. It is a picture until you press play; only then is the video loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may set cookies at that point. Nothing is loaded from YouTube just by visiting the page.
4. Your choices
- Use Cookie settings in the footer (or the button above) to accept or decline at any time.
- Declining after you had accepted stops Google Analytics on this site and deletes its cookies from your browser.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop the basket and sign-in from working.
- We may ask again if this policy changes in a way that needs your fresh consent.
