Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via PayNow or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Warranty

All stethoscopes come with a 5-year warranty handled directly by Pulse SG. Contact us if your stethoscope develops a defect within 5 years of purchase.
