Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp at +65 8119 3812 with your order details.

Refunds

Refunds cover the product price only. The following are non-refundable and are deducted from every refund:

• Payment processing fees charged on the original transaction: our payment provider does not return these when a payment is refunded
• The original delivery charge

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days via PayNow or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or show signs of wear
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Warranty

All stethoscopes come with a 5-year warranty handled directly by Pulse SG. Contact us if your stethoscope develops a defect within 5 years of purchase.

Register your stethoscope’s serial number against your order, useful if you ever need to prove authenticity or make a claim.
